Ultimately this supportive partnership assures that we get a sub’s or supplier’s most competitive bid and best performance on our projects.
Active Management
We actively manage every aspect of our business and have established procedures and policy regarding:

- Equipment
- Estimating
- Accounting
- Contracts
We conduct weekly staff meetings to coordinate resources and to discuss problems and solutions, as well as opportunities and strategic planning. On a periodic basis, we review job cost variances so that we can proactively deal with problem areas in budgets or onsite.
In the field, our experienced Superintendents are the key to our success. Their ability to understand plan details and then to execute as envisioned is second to none. With careful scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, with emphasis on timelines and quality, our Superintendents will actively manage every aspect of your project.

An active safety program is just the right thing to do. Job safety is imperative, and our program begins with training and extends to careful monitoring of safety issues on every jobsite.
