Brennan Investment Group, CBRE, and J.M. Cope Construction celebrated the groundbreaking of Crossroads Logistics Park, located in Spartanburg, SC on Wednesday, March 9, 2022.
Crossroads Logistics Park will be a bulk warehouse and distribution space consisting of two 168,000 square foot buildings, and one 477,000 square foot building on a 79-acre site. The two smaller buildings are designed with 37 loading dock doors and two drive-in doors. The larger building will include 96 loading dock doors and four drive-in doors.
“The site is ideal for industrial development. Its location near the crossroads of Interstates 85 and 26 will give tenants unparalleled and efficient access to their customers throughout the Carolinas,” observed Rob Gage, Senior Vice President at Brennan. “The presence of BMW, Milliken and Michelin will bring increased demand from a multitude of critical suppliers who service these large-scale manufacturing operations.”
J.M. Cope President Wes Drummond says the company is thrilled to partner with Brennan Investment Group on this project. “The alignment of each organization’s values, as well as the relentless pursuit of successful endeavors is what will bring this project to market in such a quick timeframe,” Drummond said. “We want to thank Brennan Investment Group, as well as all of our design partners and subcontractors for all of their continued help.”
The development is going to be one of the most desirable facility options in the Upstate, says Trey Pennington, Senior Vice President of CBRE. “Crossroads Logistics Park is positioned to be a best-in-class industrial development in the heart of Upstate SC,” Pennington said. “The adaptability of the property to serve the needs of multiple types of industrial users, the strategic location in the market, and win/win mentality of Ownership, will allow it to be one of the most sought-after facility options in SC.”
Thank you to our partners and to everyone who was able to join us for this momentous occasion!
