For the second year in a row, the Charlotte Business Journal has honored J.M. Cope Construction as one of Charlotte’s Best Places to Work. On November 16, 2018, J.M. Cope’s president Andrew Cope and controller Luke Nelson represented the entire J.M. Cope team at the CBJ’s annual awards event at Top Golf where the company was recognized as the 19th Best Place to Work in the Charlotte area.
The Charlotte Business Journal ’s Best Places to Work program pays tributes to local businesses who demonstrate a commitment to developing and maintaining an outstanding work environment. It recognizes companies that have benefits, policies and practices in place that are among the area’s best, based on employee surveys.
