Interior buildout of a 3,000 SF tenant space owned by the City of Anderson including two kitchens, packaging room, dishwash room, dry storage, walk-in cooler and freezer, and retail area. Includes new wall partitions and finishes, resilient flooring, and installation of kitchen equipment. Sitework involves an exterior utility / equipment yard, new grease trap, and grinder pump station.
