The project scope included interior demolition and repair of the facility’s concrete slab for under-slab rough-in of the plumbing and electrical. The upfit portion included framing new walls, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, storefront demolition and rework, drywall, paint, flooring, and installation of Owner-provided equipment. Unique to this project, Carolina Veterinary Specialists remained occupied and fully operational throughout the duration of construction.

The Rock Hill facility is Carolina Veterinary Specialist’s sixth and newest location, providing veterinary referral services and 24-hour emergency care to veterinarians and pet owners throughout the greater Charlotte area.
