This project was a 5,000 SF existing building that had previously been used as the cafeteria for the old Lewisville Middle School. Work included complete interior demolition, new roof system, addition of office and conference room spaces, a server room, a generator, new HVAC system and all new electrical wiring and fixtures, new finishes, and civil upgrades with a detention pond and new parking areas. This building is to house the IT department for the Chester County School District. The server room features a state-of-the-art data system complete with chilled water coolers.
