City of Anderson Parks and Recreation Complex Expansion

The project includes the construction of a new multi-purpose field with bleachers to accommodate baseball, softball, soccer, football, and other athletic events. The unique turf selected to be used on the multi-purpose field has only been used so far on three other fields in the United States, with this installment being the fourth. The project also includes a parking lot, an open-air pavilion for picnic tables, and new concessions and restroom building. The improved amenities will allow for larger events and tournaments and attract more tourism to the city.
