Coca-Cola Bottling Warehouse Expansion, Rock Hill, SC

J.M. Cope provided the ground-up expansion of the company’s pre-engineered metal building and additional 1,200 SF pre-engineered expansion loading dock. The project included the manufacturing facility, truck docks, office space, storefront glass, and steel building. The scope included site work, foundations, concrete, building erection as well as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.
