Composites One, Rock Hill, SC

This new manufacturing and distribution facility included a warehouse, office space, and a cold room with light refrigeration. The project was developed on 10.25 acres and involved a full site package. The scope included the demolition of various existing features and the upgrade of wall types, ceilings, and fixtures to meet H3 standards for corrosive materials.
