Ernest G. Brown Women’s and Children’s Center, Rock Hill, SC

This new 15,500 SF facility, constructed on a once-blighted site, specifically addresses the healthcare needs unique to women and adolescents. J.M. Cope was able to partner with the owner and stakeholders to overcome numerous site challenges and mitigate costs. An unusable site that once held a garage space was transformed into a modern facility, well equipped to serve the community.
