J.M. Cope provided ground-up construction of multiple facilities on the property including:

• 29,000 SF Administration Building;
• 12,000 SF metal Maintenance Building;
• 2,100 SF Guard and Medical Facility; and
• 21,822 SF Truck Shop and Office facility capable of servicing 100-Ton Haul trucks.
