Located in the shadow of Chester County’s Gateway Conference Center—one of the region’s premiere event venues—the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Richburg, SC is one of the latest editions to our hospitality portfolio. Completed in October 2019, this 53,737 SF hotel features metal studs, CIP floors and roof in addition to an Exterior Insulation and Finishing System (EIFS) and brick cladding.

The 4-story hotel, commissioned by HMS Management, contains 95 rooms, including a mix of traditional and executive suites. The facility showcases a lounge, modern-designed fire pit, and outdoor swimming pool. It also features a state-of-the-art fitness center, conference room, kitchen, business center, and a large lobby for entertainment and small gatherings.
