J.M. Cope constructed the original 15,646 SF steel frame building with membrane roof and precast/EIfS exterior. The project challenges included unforeseen utility and gas line conditions that were encountered after construction had begun. The expansion project consisted of expanding Hope of Israel’s existing facility, which remained occupied throughout construction. The 13,000 SF expansion featured an underground storm water detention pond and is constructed of CMU block and stucco.
