This CM-at-Risk project included services for a new 14,000 SF Visual and Performing Arts addition, expanding the administration area and cafeteria, installing a sprinkler system in the existing building as well as in the new addition, plus the construction of a fire access road. The project required relocating a few classrooms housed in portable “learning cottages” that were in the footprint of the new addition.
