Oakdale/Rosewood/Richmond Drive Elementary Schools, Rock Hill, SC

This project involved three separate schools combined into one procurement package. Rosewood and Richmond Drive included interior renovations of the administration areas and restroom renovations. The Oakdale schoolwork included a new, freestanding STEM addition containing two makers space classrooms and a covered exterior learning space.

This was a fast track project and the GMP was set after the final plans were completed. The CM-at-Risk delivery option was chosen to ensure the dates could be met. The projects were completed as planned.
