Palmetto Tri-County Medical Office, Lancaster, SC

J.M. Cope provided construction services for this medical office complex by combining three smaller practices into one building in downtown Lancaster. The project included common corridor spaces, typical medical office finishes, patient exam rooms, and a glass tower on the front of the building. J.M. Cope was recommended to the client by the architect. Our open communication with the client not only kept the number of change orders to a minimum but also served to assure the client of what the next phase would bring.
