Constructed of steel frame, concrete deck, and masonry veneer, SCB&T’s Fort Mill headquarters included a traditional teller line, open lobby space, drive thru lanes, office space, and an upstairs for future expansion. The project has become one of Fort Mill’s landmarks along Hwy 160.
