This CM-at-Risk project involved the 55,000 SF expansion of the cafeteria and administration area, fire alarm replacement, fire sprinkler installation, ceiling replacement, painting, restroom renovations, a new main entrance, new bus drop-off lane, parking lot expansions, and a new fire truck access road. The work began in December 2017 and was completed August 2018.
