USC Upstate Smith Science Renovation

USC Upstate Smith Science Center is a complete 64,000 SF interior renovation of science labs, offices, classrooms, meeting area, and corridors with extensive mechanical, electrical, and casework trades integrating into and enhancing existing facilities. 

J.M. Cope is currently providing construction services for an HVAC system replacement, fire sprinkler system replacement, and ceiling and lighting replacement. The scope also includes installing a new generator.
