YMCA at Riverwalk is a 15,000 SF new two-story Class-A office building. The project included structural steel framing, masonry and fiber cement veneer, and elevator system, in addition to all plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical systems for the facility as well. It also consisted of all interior finishes and select upfits for the center.
