York County Economic Development Board teamed with the Tuttle Company Development Team, Design South, and J.M. Cope to build a speculative building in Antrim Business Park. The project, created in partnership with York Electric Cooperative and Comporium, was part of a jobs creation focus of the York County Council. As the selected construction team, our firm provided construction services for the 40,000 SF speculative building. The building is a cold shell with painted insulated precast panels, a conventional steel structure, a flat membrane roof system, and an entry feature defining the front entrance and future office space. Five knock-out panels were provided for future loading dock doors. The building can be fitted for multiple uses and maximum flexibility. In 2016, J.M. Cope was awarded the expansion of the existing facility to 80,000 SF and additional improvements to the site to facilitate future growth.

“I have built over 40 buildings with J.M. Cope Construction over the past 30 years and can recommend them without reservation.”
