Hampton Inn & Suites, Charlotte, NC

Located in an industrial area of suburban South Charlotte, the Hampton Inn & Suites is a stunning edition to our project portfolio. When constructing the hotel, we utilized conventional steel and light gauge framing on a helical pier system as the site contained unsuitable and subgrade soil on which to build. The hotel, a Hampton prototype commissioned by Parkway Development Group, contains 100 guest rooms and suites throughout seven floors, including mobility accessible rooms for the hotel’s guests with disabilities. The hotel also includes an outdoor pool with lounge area, a fitness center, as well as laundry facilities, a business center, and two meeting rooms with a combined event space of 1,400 SF. The project was completed on time and on budget.
