J.M. Cope worked with Trinity for more than four years as they worked through selling their existing campus after sales fell through twice. J.M. Cope worked with the local county variance board to receive a zoning variance regarding the sprinkler system requirements of York County. The savings were more than $100,000 and allowed the project to move forward, resulting in a new campus that included a sanctuary and classroom space on nine acres of land.
