The new 4-story, 44,000 SF hotel features 106 rooms, built using wood framing and an EIFS. J.M. Cope coordinated work with an adjacent occupied hotel. It contains space-saving guest rooms with technology forward access throughout. It includes a 500 SF pool, modern business and fitness centers, a 2,880 SF lobby with 24/7 market, and a mural inspired by its location.
